Shipping & Delivery Policy

MADE IN PORTO, SHIPPED WORLDWIDE. At iGi Jewelry, every piece is handcrafted in our studio in the heart of Porto, Portugal. We process and ship orders with the utmost care to ensure they reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing & Shipping

Orders for in-stock pieces are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

For made-to-order, limited edition or personalised pieces, shipment only takes place after the expected restock/production date (indicated on the product page).

If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order pieces, we will ship everything together once complete. If you would prefer to receive the available pieces sooner, you may request separate shipments — simply email us at info@igijewelry.com (additional shipping costs may apply).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details by email. During busy periods (Christmas, etc.), delivery times may increase by a few days due to order volume.

Estimated Transit Times (after dispatch)

Mainland Portugal (via CTT or DHL): 2–3 business days Islands (Madeira/Azores): 3–7 business days EU (via DHL, CTT or UPS): 2–5 business days (up to 15 in exceptional cases) Outside EU (via DHL Premium/UPS): 10–25 business days

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. We recommend providing an alternative address or collection point if you will not be home.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on destination and service (standard or premium). Exact costs are displayed at checkout (calculated automatically). We offer free shipping to Mainland Portugal on orders over €100 (and similar options for Spain/EU during promotions).

Customs & Liability

As we are based in Portugal (EU):

Within the European Union: no additional customs or import duties apply.

Outside the EU: the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or charges in the destination country. We do not refund these costs.

If you refuse the package or fail to collect it, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes — these will be deducted from any refund (if applicable). If costs exceed the order value, the order may be cancelled.

Important Notes

Always double-check your shipping details (full address, door number, phone number, correct email) before completing your purchase — iGi Jewelry is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information.

We strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping options (registered mail, DHL, etc.). We are not responsible for untracked or undelivered orders.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.
