1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days) Under European and Portuguese consumer law (Decree-Law No. 24/2014), you have the right to return any product purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide any reason.

To exercise this right: 1. Send us an email to info@igijewelry.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. 2. Return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us, to the address we will provide. 3. Products must be in their original condition: unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.

2. Refund Once we receive and inspect the returned products, the refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

The refund covers the value of the product(s). Original shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product.

3. Defective Products (Warranty) If your product has a defect covered by the 3-year legal warranty (Decree-Law No. 84/2021), please contact us at info@igijewelry.comi. You will be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract cancellation, at no cost to you.

4. Exceptions We do not accept returns under the right of withdrawal (14 days) for: - Personalised or custom-made pieces. - Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
